Ingredients:
1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese
1/4 cup milk
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup chopped red peppers
1 green onion, sliced
WHEAT THINS Original Crackers
Preparation:
BEAT reduced-fat cream cheese and milk with mixer until well blended. Add Cheddar; mix well. Stir in peppers and onions.
REFRIGERATE several hours or until chilled.
SERVE with crackers.
